FRIENDS and FRIENDSHIP

Lucky are the people who have friends. I’m happy to have lots of friends too. Some of them are very close, some are less. But all of them make my life interesting and enjoyable.

Friendship is proved not by hours but by years. When you are young the type of friendship is a bit different than in later years: you are more open, consider your friend a part of your life and really depend on him. If you want to become a good friend, you should learn to listen. Your friend may not ask you for advice but he needs your support and understanding. Be sincere because true friendship can’t be based on lies. Never refuse your friend in help if you are able to help.
I personally believe that responsibility is the best quality in friendship.
My friend’s name is Linda. We’ve been classmates since the first form. She’s got green eyes, long eyelashes and curly blond hair. She’s quite tall. We get on well and I’m happy we can always rely on each other. I think Linda is easy to deal with and we have a lot in common: we’re both interesting in fashion, we’re crazy about surfing the Net and we like good music. All my classmates adore Linda because she’s kind, always ready to help and very sociable.
We like to spend time together. Usually we go in for sports together and go shopping. Sometimes we make parties at home or hang out in night clubs. It’s a perfect way to relax. Besides, everyone wants to forget about studies for a while.
I’m absolutely sure that Linda is a special person for me and I’m glad I’ve met such a trustworthy person in my life.
So, friendship is the most fascinating thing in the whole world. They are rich who have true friends. What is more, they give us so many moments of happiness and satisfaction; make our life full of joy and pleasure. That’s why we should value friendship and treat our friends with respect and love.
And the last but not the least: treat your friend the way you want to be treated.
